Weekly Training Sessions (Adults)

Thursdays @ 7pm

The Leigh Community Centre is at the heart of the Leigh-on-Sea town centre, with the Elm Road car park nearby.
No need to book classes, cash or card payment on the day.

Regular group training to develop your technique, rhythm, and strength with experienced instructors.
Sessions are suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners.

All classes can be paid for using cash or card.
